Program Development

60 day contract to review all documents related to current programs. Assess feasibility and growth of programs.

Program Review and Utilization
6 to 9 month contract to review all documents and onsite visit(s) to assess to feasibility, growth of program, and assessment of viability of current services.

Quality Assurance

Monthly, quarterly, bi Annually (6months) or on monthly retainer.

  • Overall review of programs and services, auditing of charts, billing and operations for ongoing quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
  • Peer review processes, risk management cycles, hazard vulnerability analysis reviews and reports
  • Development of performance indicators, collection of data, analysis and reporting for operational efficacy, sustainability, compliance and internal controls.

Accreditations

Application and/or set up for preparation for onsite audits for regulatory accreditations.

  • Medicaid/Medicare

Insurance Credentialing

Applications and/or ongoing credentialing for various insurances. Rates are set per application and ongoing credentialing overview and or training on credentialing are charged separately.

Monitoring/Compliance

Monthly, quarterly, biannually (6 months) or on monthly retainer

Monitoring
Auditing of charts- number of charts are calculated by percentage of services being rendered. Review with report of discrepancies and areas of improvement.

Compliance
Reviewing ongoing contracts, regulatory agencies for overall program and service compliance.

Training

monthly, quarterly or bi annual contracts for onsite and/or virtual presentations for ongoing professional development for administrators and/or staff.

Program Development

Opening new service or program 1 year contract.

  • Initial assessment of current operations and program assessment. To assess agency’s ability to create, and sustain program long term. Average review time is 2-3months.
  • Program assessment
    Review of current program(s) or set up of program and ongoing analysis of needs, services, staff and revenue with operational needs.

Agency Set Up

Monthly retainer contract for the duration of set up. Overall operational set up to include:
